Second to noneOver many years and many transactions, Zain Peart and his team (Kylie, thank you) have always been great, but this time they went above and beyond. Our situation is complex, the investment property transaction we just executed was complex, and what was even more complex was the timing of the transaction (floods, COVID-19, interest rate increases, maternity leave, personal matters etc). ZEP provided much needed stability in these uncertain times. There is nothing that office cannot do, and it seems the more complex the scenario the more they stand out.
