After studying business and finance at uni, I thought I’d go into a job in finance. But with a love of property and going through the process of buying my own home, I knew then mortgage broking was for me. In 2009 I started broking and in 2010 I started my own business which ZEP Finance has grown to today.

My love of property extends from building my own investment portfolio with properties all over Australia and my passion for helping my clients structure loans and portfolios with their financial goals in mind.

With a keen eye for finding income that others miss to assist you to get the best solution for you, I enjoy helping clients who are self-employed, or have companies and multiple income streams. You’ll find me easy-going and stress-free, balanced with finding solutions to put you in your dream position in life.

With a background in business management and marketing, I joined ZEP Finance in 2012 to assist my husband Zain as a loan administrator.

Juggling part-time work and children as well as managing an investment portfolio with Zain, I assist clients with a range of items. You’ll hear from me at various stages in the loan process through to post settlement.

As a property owner and investor, and previous experience in real estate property management and sales, I enjoy everything about property and helping clients finance their dreams.

I have worked with ZEP Finance since 2014 as a broker support officer and I will assist you each and every step of the way with your home loan. Everything from your first appointment through to post-settlement and beyond, I will keep you informed and updated.

With a keen interest in construction, I know my way around building contracts to ensure every t is crossed and i dotted when you are dealing with multiple parties.

With a background in finance, I have worked my way up through the banking sector in New Zealand. I moved to Australia in 2011 and honed my skills as a lending specialist.

I made a seachange to the Northern Rivers in 2014 to take on a career in marketing and running an advertising company. During this time I got to know local business owners and real estate agents and gained a good understanding of the Northern Rivers region.

My love of the property market pulled me back to the sector and I’m stoked to be part of the ZEP Finance team. As a broker support officer, I love helping people realise their financial goals. I help our clients through the process so they can get those keys to their dream home or car, or grow their investment portfolio.

Jasmine

Broker Support Officer

Joining the team in early 2021 as a Broker Support Officer, I assist brokers and process car and personal loans. Here at ZEP Finance, I assist clients and the team by following up on all stages of the home loan process. I enjoy keeping you updated each step of the way, from booking your first appointment to post settlement and beyond.

I previously worked in the Finance Industry in a face to face customer service role, assisting with personal loans and car loans. I pride myself on providing an exceptional customer experience for all clients.

With a career in mortgage broking spanning more than 25 years, I am a residential finance specialist and have a passion for helping clients fulfil their property and financial goals.

As a mortgage broker with ZEP Finance, I take pride in assisting clients with property purchases and refinancing and I have extensive experience with investment property loan structures.

As your mortgage broker, I work hard to find solutions that will work for you, no matter your situation. Speedy and efficient, I work with you to support you every step of the way from your first meeting with me through to post-settlement.

With more than 15 years’ experience in the finance industry, I moved from the Central Coast, Sydney to the beautiful Northern Rivers and in 2019 I joined ZEP Finance.

With a passion for property and a keen interest in home design, I love seeing customers get the keys to their dream home or next project!

You will likely hear from me when you are starting the loan process all the way through to post settlement. I am here to assist in making the home buying experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.

With a background in real estate sales spanning 10 years – specialising in property investment and assisting investors to build their property portfolios – my role has always focussed on customer experience.
