Refer a Friend Competition – Terms & Conditions

Competition Period

• The competition commences at 12:00am (AEST) on 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 31 December 2026.
• Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of ZEP Finance and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

• To enter, a participant must refer a friend, family member, or colleague to ZEP Finance during the competition period.
• The referred person must:
  Consent to being contacted by ZEP Finance; and
  Complete an initial lending enquiry or appointment with ZEP Finance.
• Each eligible referral will receive one entry into the prize draw.
• Multiple entries are permitted. Each eligible referral counts as a separate entry.

Prize

• There is one prize of a Pizza Oven.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, ZEP Finance reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value.

Prize Draw

• The winner will be selected via a random draw in January 2027.
• The draw will take place at ZEP Finance’s office or another location nominated by ZEP Finance.
• The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email using the details held by ZEP Finance.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, ZEP Finance reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Privacy

• Personal information collected in connection with this competition will be handled in accordance with ZEP Finance’s Privacy Policy.
• By referring another person, participants confirm they have obtained that person’s consent to provide their contact details to ZEP Finance.

General

• ZEP Finance reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entry that is incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• ZEP Finance’s decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By participating in this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
