It is not always the buyer who finds buying a home stressful. There is times when the seller is stressful and can be very demanding. How do you calm them to ensure that they do not pull out from your offer? This is particularly important in NSW where there is no finance clause.
I have a good relationship with many of the real estates on the North Coast. I have found that this relationship allows me to speak to them directly about how loans applications are going and they are happy to pass this onto their clients. This is beneficial because it lets the seller know that things are moving along and the loan application looks promising. The real estate agents know they can trust me and know that I will ensure the loan application is strong and therefore approval is not an issue it’s simply the time frame.
I had two clients calls on Friday afternoon feeling concerned about the sellers as neither had unconditional contracts. I called both real estate agents calmed everyone down and allowed them to have weekend not stressing!
