Joining the team in early 2021 as a Broker Support Officer, I assist brokers and process car and personal loans. Here at ZEP Finance, I assist clients and the team by following up on all stages of the home loan process. I enjoy keeping you updated each step of the way, from booking your first appointment to post settlement and beyond.
I previously worked in the Finance Industry in a face to face customer service role, assisting with personal loans and car loans. I pride myself on providing an exceptional customer experience for all clients.
