A recent client of mine met me on Thursday and had his loan approved by Tuesday!  The client called my Thursday morning and he urgently needed to see me. He had bought a property that morning and he had been into the bank and was not happy so he called me. He came to office and we talked about everything that he needed. Organised what we actually had to do – he came back at 3pm.

By that time I called 10 different lenders and realised that he only had one option. The bank he had visited in the morning would not have given him the loan. The reason he had limited options was because he was working on a mine site and had switch jobs recently with a break in between.  A lot of his pay was overtime which most lenders will scale back. We got the loan submitted Friday morning and it was unconditional by Tuesday morning plus we got him a massive discounts on his rates!
