Look no further. We have had our record home loan approval for a refinance! We submitted the loan at 12pm and by 4.30pm the loan was approved! That is a 4.5 hour turn around.

The clients first contacted us on the 11th August. They gathered the documents we needed by the 16th August. After speaking with the clients, we ordered valuation property reports on their property that very same day. The valuations were not booked in until the next week. Once we had the valuation reports back on the 25th August we prepared our loan solution. The client booked in an appointment on the 29th August. After the appointment we proceeded with the loan application. The loan was submitted and approved on the 4th September.

The assessor even called me to congratulation me on a superb application – the notes, the documents and the application itself had everything they needed.
