Today I would like to talk about some recent clients that I have helped. I spoke to these clients over 12 month ago. They were just about in a position to buy a property when they had some things go on in their life and they moved away and had to get new jobs. I have continued to be contact with them over the 12 months. We had to wait for their employment terms to be long enough so that the banks would look at them for a home loan.  They were patient, worked hard and looked at savings as much money as possible.

When they were ready firstly we refinanced their loan for their investment property and drew out extra funds. We also refinanced their car loan which reduced their repayments by $400 per month this helped their serviceability for their next property purchase and is also much better for their wallets. We got their owner occupied property loan approved! The new purchase had a few issues (the actual property not the loan).

We have helped them sort out the issues and made sure the bank was across what was going on so that the settlement date will not be affected. I have been helping these clients for over 12 months and I have to say it feels really good to see them getting to where they want to be. They have worked hard to get there and we have helped them along the way.
