Client called on Monday – they had an offer accepted on a property that is going to auction. The offer has been accepted prior to the auction – this means they need to have everything ready before the auction otherwise the vendor will proceed with the auction.
The timeline for a quick turn around
10am – clients called me
12pm – We had loan solution ready for them. They picked out a lender straight away over the phone
3pm – We had the loan ready and need their signatures
4.30pm – Clients can in after they finished work and signed the loan application forms
6pm – The loan was fully submitted and in the lender assessment queue
